In compliance with the provisions of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data), we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of the personal data provided. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The data of a personal nature provided will be processed, in accordance with the conditions of lawfulness ex art. 6 of Reg. EU 2016/679, for the following purposes:

  1. browsing this website: legitimate interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 (f)) as the legal basis for processing;
  2. possible contact request, sending information you requested: legitimate interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 (f)) as the legal basis for processing;

RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The data of a personal nature provided may be disclosed to recipients, who will process the data as data controllers (Art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and Data Processor (Art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes listed above in point 2. Precisely, data may be disclosed to:

  • subjects who provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks therein including e-mail, newsletters and website management;
  • professionals, firms or companies as part of service and consulting relationships;
  • individuals who collaborate with the Data Controller for direct marketing activities;
  • competent parties for fulfillment of obligations of laws and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.

Individuals in the above categories act as Data Processors, or operate completely independently as separate Data Controllers.

DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND GUARANTEES
Data of a personal nature provided may be transferred to countries belonging to the European Union and to countries outside the EU, in order to comply with related purposes stated above. If data is transferred, it will be on the basis of Article 44 – General principle for transfer; Article 45 – Transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision; Article 46 – Transfer subject to adequate safeguards, specifically data transferred to international organizations for which the Commission has intervened with an adequacy assessment (Art. 45 EU Reg. 2016/679). The data subject may obtain information about the guarantees for the transfer by contacting the contact details of the Data Controller.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THE PERIOD
The processing will be carried out in automated and manual form, with methods and tools designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by individuals specifically appointed for this purpose. In compliance with the provisions of Art. 5 paragraph 1(e) of Reg. EU 2016/679 the personal data collected will be kept in a form that allows the identification of the data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. Retention of data of a personal nature provided depends on the purpose of processing:

  • the treatments put in place through the use of cookies (purposes mentioned in point 1) are regulated by the individual elements. Retention data can be checked in the lists of cookies in this tool;
  • The data for contact request (purposes under point 2): 1 year;

NATURE OF PROVISION AND REFUSAL
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional or necessary depending on the specific purpose for which the data is processed. The failure to provide the data marked as obligatory in the respective collection forms will result in the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested or using the services of the data controller.
